Dowsing CS Limited was founded by Jess Dowsing.
Based in Sidmouth, Devon, Jess is an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager having worked at Director level for both leading consultancies and contractors throughout the UK and internationally.
Jess’s goal is to build lasting relationships with Clients by helping them achieve their development goals through an experienced, personal and professional service.
